It’s time to get my life on track and start living. As of tomorrow, the 1st of February I’ll be making small changes to my lifestyle that’ll help me discover myself and grow. I’ll be kicking out those old habits and doing things that’ll improve my body and mind.
This recovery routine includes:
Waking up at 06h30 and going for a run followed by a small workout.
Eating a proper, healthy breakfast
Greeting everybody I see during the day
Smiling at every lady
Drinking more water
Spending less time idling over social media
Spending more time reading and learning about current affairs and career hacks
Eating supper earlier
Getting into bed earlier
Reading before I sleep
My aim is to get into the best physical and mental shape of my life. Start conquering each day and make the most out of my hours. I want to live more efficiently, add more meaning to my life. I want to experience and engage this wonderful journey.
